I think we’re already there. We see a disaster season happen every year now with massive floods, forest fires, droughts, and so on. Of course, it’s just going to keep getting worse going forward.
Does the methane being released in Siberia sometimes catch fire and cause forest fires in the summer?
I haven’t read about fires being started this way, but methane release is a problem all of its own.
