However, this only further cements the notion that ActiBlizz games are not a reliable source of income. In 2018 Blizzard shut down the Heroes of the Storm esports scene, leaving hundreds of players in the dust and without a job. Oh, and this was after months of radio silence from Blizzard. The higher ups simply don’t care.
