Plus, if you dislike Stalin’s government, then you must also dislike all of the revolutionary states that were influenced by his government. Like China, or Cuba. The USSR didn’t become the superpower we knew during Lenin’s lifetime, and though Lenin set the seeds, Stalin’s government is the one that harnessed the reigns and led the Union to become a dominant political force that not only survived the second world war, but many decades of western attacks.
