My apartment complex’s solution is for me to call the Police non emergency line to tell em to turn it down, cause in their words, “the police usually scares them.” Not gonna use institutionalized violence to solve my probelms so I did an annoyingly loud loop over my guitar amp to tell them to turn it down.

I don’t blame you for not calling them. That can lead to very bad things these days. Hope your solution at least pissed them off if it didn’t work.
