It’s pretty cool. It can use either blink or WebKit and has it’s own lower level extension system that somewhat reminds me of firefox’s XUL addons.

It looks like it only officially supports linux and MacOS and BSD support is unofficial while active. I’d imagine if someone wants to put in the effort to support windows they could do it but at the moment I wouldn’t expect it. You could try running it in WSL though.
