In this same spirit I had someone tell me some days ago how progressive Germany is where they have refunds on glass bottles and some people leave them outside for homeless people to collect.
Like, why have homeless people in the first place? Why tip instead of pay them correctly?
Same in Canada. “Oh look I’m helping the poor by littering my soda bottles so they can scrounge around and pick it up for me!” Yeah screw you, you’re just using that as an excuse to litter and the rest of your actions make it clear that you can’t give two shits about the poor.
