It’s like saying making fun Hitler’s mustache is racist against Germans. Making fun of dictators is always okay especially when they condone atrocities.
The moustache, first off, isn’t a racial quality. People attack Hitler for being a Nazi, not for being Austrian. If the only thing you can go after Hitler for is his race, you have other problems.
Regardless, Xi is neither a dictator nor has he condoned anything that could be considered an atrocity. Though I am sure you will shortly regale us with a manufactured atrocity.
