Annually, hundreds of thousands of people in the United States are hospitalized due to food-borne illness and thousands are killed by the food they eat.
You mean from the fertilizer or the pesticides? I read that pretty interesting but I am going to have to see those specifics cited elsewhere also to get the full scientific picture since I don’t regularly read scientific papers like that. Luckily I installed Mendley a while back and it made it easier to actually get the document.
But I’m aware humanity is prob gonna get railed by those microbes in our lifetime especially if there is continued societal breakdown particularly associated with climate change or whatever other disasters capitalism creates.
Prob the safest way to get food is to grow it yourself or amongst your people. Not that most people can really do that. What do you think of the veggies, fruits, meat, etc from the local/chain markets in the US?
