The Dutch government is now asking employers to raise the wages, but it won’t do anything to enforce this right now. This is to tackle inflation.

Let that sink in for a while.

I’m about to have a Lenin moment I think

Also, one of the biggest right-wing nazi apologizing parties in The Netherlands (Forum voor Democratie) is now looking to open up their own school with their own way of teaching.

This is coming from the people that doubt the holocaust happened etc. Surely this can’t go wrong.

It’s an interesting time in The Netherlands, that’s for sure.

All the liberals I’ve met in the Netherlands all seem to see the FVD as some kind of joke, “Nobody takes them seriously!”, the exact sort of passive ridicule that allows these groups to grow their influence unhindered.

And in a few years, when we have actual fascist groups ‘educated’ by this school, they’re the ones complaining.

This is how those things start. Thierry started as a softer but weirder right wing guy and it led to him spewing neonazi bullshit eventually. Now he starts a school. Next he starts a summer kampf. What’s next?

I don’t have the solution for this problem right now, I admit. But something has to be done, right?
