Lisp is a very flexible language; I don’t see why people can’t just use LISP instead of other language, since it technically has every feature of every language.

Because it is probably very inefficient.
AFAIK most languages are equivalent in the sense that you could theoretically do the exact same things. You could for example write the same programs in C, Java, python, or excel and even minecraft Redstone. The least one however being super inefficient.
