Nah, the usual politics modus operandi of capitalist governments is to muddle the law so it becomes arbitrary and always blame someone else: fed blames states, states blame fed, EU blames countries, countries blame EU, etc.
Yeah, i meant just that - just as they did not delegalised abortion officially, they will also remove or circumvene (in case of constitution) laws, giving states ability to do so.
At least it might speed up the balkanisation of US.
