Mine is the grammar nazi/the person who treats (what are imo) casual online discussions like dissertations.

I know how to write and make convincing points but I’m not gonna sweat that the point I made was a bit broad or that I didn’t capitalize the right thing.

Generally speaking, if you could tell what I meant and still correct or dispute my point with me, that’s my online etiquette pet peeve.

      YES. YES. EXACTLY. Like I’m not trying to fucking “win” some stupid shit on the internet, I am genuinely trying to change your mind respecting you as a person who I am being charitable in assuming is merely as severely misled as we all have been. As a fellow person who I think deserves to know the truth. And you’re just worried about like/dislike ratios and maintaining the illusion of being right for an audience.

      I really, really wish that admitting you were wrong or that you aren’t educated enough to talk on something confidently was easy and normal for people to do in any and all situations. I do it all the time, it doesn’t kill me.
