It could be an attack, its kind of fishy that the back wall and all the doors were completely undamaged but the entire front face of the building is gone. that is some smart gas explosion. selective damage lol

I have no idea in this case, but you might be able to verify the location of the pipes through building records to clear up or confirm suspicion.
