Assuming you’re new to privacy, this is absolutely not sustainable, and you will definitely get burnt out trying to worry about obscure attack surfaces like this. uBlock Origin kills like 99% of real world tracking and threats. Your IP is what they need and actually look for almost every time, and trying to avoid that with a VPN/Tor will frequently get you hit with captchas or sites just blacklisting your IP range.
