Be Mine by Richard Ford. It’s the fifth book in the Frank Bascombe series. The first book, The Sportswriter, is one of my favorites and this one is solid as always.
Did the same. I can recommend the Pynchon in Public podcast episodes also. Helped a bit with filling in some gaps. But I just took it chapter by chapter, reading summaries in between when I needed it. Easily one of the best books I’ve ever read.
Cows by Matthew Stokoe is really messed up.
One of my favorite writers but haven’t read any Steinbeck for a few years. But Tortilla Flats is probably my favorite. Planning to read East of Eden in english sometime soon since I’ve only read it in swedish maybe 10-15 years ago.
It’s chromium (unfortunately), but yeah it kind of does that. It can open external links in a pop up. So for browsing sites with tons of links you don’t drown in tabs. It also has spaces, which is basically profiles but much easier to manage. And vertical tabs is probably the best feature.
