Yeah, I use MPV as a external player and it’s great because you can highly customize the way you watch videos. I like equalize the sound and through a MPV script I save the video from cache with a keystroke if I liked it. Sadly watching with subtitles stopped working some weeks ago.

There’s a billion market around phone scams, it’s just a matter of time of widespread adoption of this technology by scammers. Scammers are swiping billions from Americans every year That’s why I talked about being well informed and seeing the dangers. May be I’m paranoid but it doesn’t mean its not happening.

Well, it seems that my bad english made it seem that I am suffering of anxiety or something. I just don’t like the abussive behavior of corporations and the government that exposes us unnecessarly to the risks of being hacked or scammed.
No daily anxiety at all, just being aware of the dangers. When I drive and see a red light I just stop, there is no anxiety involved, I’m just aware of the dangers of crossing. If you are not aware of the dangers of the excessive digital exposure and surveillance you should subscribe to this community and read what’s going on in China and in an increasing number of western countries in relation to this.

What I don’t get is why they don’t allow users to decide if they want to connect to Mozilla or not with an option in the settings. Libre means being free (to choose in this case), not being forced.
Debian is the first choice if you look for stability and the last choice if you are looking for the latest versions of the software.
Connecting to a non free site (anti feature) doesn’t mean having proprietary or non free dependencies (being non FOSS), which is what you stated, but OK, you don’t trust proton proprietary services. I assume you don’t see youtube videos for the same reason, any FOSS privacy app or frontend will have that anti feature too.
That doesn’t mean it is not FOSS, there are many anti features not related to not being FOSS. Newpipe for example is FOSS but has anti features just because it connects to YouTube which is non free.

do you see how easily you are manipulated with misinformation? That’s why people don’t stop talking stupid things about bitcoin. She doesn’t say that in any moment. She says higher highs and higher lows, which is true and doesn’t mean allways increasing.

Honestly I was expecting far more downvotes. I posted the video with people like you in mind, who still can think critically without the burden of misinformation and ideology.
