In the “real world” it’s perfectly fine to be annoyed by unmanaged children. It always has been and it always will be, just like not having kids and not wanting to deal with other people’s shittily behaved kids is also acceptable. Do you think kid free restaurants, vacation spots, etc exist for no reason?
Making sure your children aren’t little shits is a parents responsibility, not the daycares. If you have kids and they can’t behave for like a half hour, that’s wholly on you.
A grocery store isn’t a playground, no one is entitled to make other people deal with their shitty parenting.
Yeah I couldn’t imagine why people wouldn’t like going grocery shopping while someone’s kid is running around, screaming and pulling things off shelves. Must be because they hate poor people.
I used to do 3rd party repairs, and it’s impossible to describe how fucked up some devices were that came to me from other repair places. Missing screws, shields, screws put back int he wrong places and occasionally they had worked with a bad tech that damaged the mainboard.

As much as I hate Meta, this is just going to become a “cost of doing business”. They have $32B in yearly revenue, this would cost them $36.5mil a year, a small drop in the bucket to what they bring in.
yeah I mean, if anything, mongols were imperialistic, expanding their empire during the 13th and 14th centuries and using violence to do so.
They were tribal PRIOR to Khan uniting them in to a single empire that then spread in to the largest contiguous empire in the known history of mankind.

so you take your hand, place it on the card reader and give it a shake. If the card reader is loose and can pull off its a skimmer.
I’ve used vintage gas pumps, and they work the same. It is cooler to see the mechanical counter turn over though than a digital display
There’s no demand for it, why offer something the majority of people do not want or care for?
