If you need enterprise support I’d look for Ubuntu or maybe SUSE. If you can’t tolerate RHEL closing their source, that is (some people won’t be bothered).
If that’s not needed, then Debian all the way! It’s served me well for like 10 years in my home lab.
I hope they can work something out, it’d be sad to lose them and Rocky so quickly after they stepped in to cover for the loss of CentOS
Beautiful! Love seeing the Mets look silly lol
They’re a lot better these days, but snaps got a reputation early on for being really slow and bloated, and IIRC there isn’t a (good) way to host your own repo which puts a lot of control in Canonical’s hands.
IME the Logitech G305 wireless has been great for me. Good battery life, very responsive, and feels great.
I also have a Model D wireless which I prefer the feel of better, but the battery life is awful by comparison to the G305.
It’s all good :) I had to dig a little myself to find it haha
Isn’t it? I had to go to the Python script and go up to find the main repo https://github.com/db0/lemmy-overseer
It’s also possible I’m missing something lol
Thanks for the awesome work! I love seeing the OSS community building tooling for this stuff :D
Ya love to see it :)
My accounts only a few years old, but I’m excited to move here!
I just watched this other day and it was a masterpiece! Those folks do some amazing work
The Orange Pi 5 or Orange Pi 3 LTS are solid options, depending on your budget and how much horsepower you need.
I prefer Mint just because it’s what I’m used to. Otherwise both are pretty solid distros.
I’m currently using Linux Mint on my desktops and Debian for my servers.
Sick! I might have to snag a dock for mine…
