Just got the steam deck and actually it’s the opposite. Better posture and when you have a 4090 it’s hard to beat the fidelity. So that with the issue with my oled and returning because of it I’m just not ordering another one.

I’m the opposite, have a 4090 and 4K oled 120hz TV. I was thinking the steamdeck was gonna bring new life into gaming but sadly it came with the haptic pads all fucked up lol. Returning and not getting another one actually because I won’t really use it as much as I thought I would.
Bruh I get a steamdeck oled because oled and everyone’s going through the hoops in this sub like it’s fucking 2016 when oled and HDR effected gaming.
Yeah idk my 512gb oled the trackpad haptics are fucked up. Loud rattling, forced to either turn them off (even tho it’ll still rattle in desktop mode until I open steam on there or for around 5 seconds when I quick resume from sleep.
Issue is there’s a lot about this issue online and everyone just says idk whatever don’t wanna RMA. I mean I guess that’s their right but yeah I’m returning mine and prolly not getting another one I’ll just wait until a new one. I’ll continue playing on my 4090 and streaming to my phone… which actually at least will stream HDR. Crazy to think it won’t on the steamdeck.
Yeah it’s nice if it didn’t come broke lol
