The ‘rice’ I just bought in the supermarket because I’m lazy. But it’s basically really tiny crumbled/cut cauliflower and then cooked voor 2 minutes in water. (You can also stir fry it)

So you can easily make it your self, but curry is for me a simple, creamy, lazy and comfort recipe. So as long it’s cheap I just buy the pre made. (Expect for the tofu as I(and especially my panther) like my Species more)

  • I recently bought a TCL google tv and first thing I did was install smarttube and a different launcher.

That being said the first question in the setup proces was if I wanted the “smart” functions on or just have a basic experience and only use HDMI and cable tv.

But the ads on the home screen with Google tv are really annoying. They are front and centered. I want my apps and inputs where the ad’s are.

  • For getting a idea of how your games run check out protondb.com you can add your steam library to easily check your library.

For epic, gog and Amazon prime gaming you got heroic (https://heroicgameslauncher.com/) it also uses proton to play windows games.

GPU drivers are fine. AMD just works for gaming and Nvidia (depending on distro you need to install the drivers, search how to install them and dont install them from the Nvidia website) works fine if you just have a simple setup. The Nvidia drivers are improving alot by the way.

Random mouse, keyboard and other stuff is a hot or miss. Most of the time basic stuff simply works, but maybe there are no drivers/programma to set rgb or macros. (P.s. Try open rgb for rgb stuff)

You can always try with a dual boot. If you not used to Linux and like gaming maybe something like pop os

There are many 775 socket boards that support ddr3 and core 2 duo/quad supported ddr2 and 3.

There are even motherboard that support both ddr2 and ddr3 like this gigabyte g41m combo

Edit: damn at least some core 2 duo’s support also ddr1. So core duo supports ddr1, 2 and 3

There are almost no lga 775 boards that have ddr1 support and have core 2 duo as supported cpu. But this ASRock motherboard does support the core 2 duo and ddr1 and ddr2
