i hate to be that guy, but “works on my machine”. i use firefox on an m1 air all day every day and it runs flawlessly, although it starts chugging a little if i have 20+ tabs open (loaded). but i genuinely cannot remember the last time i’ve seen it crash.
like someone else said, try disabling your extensions, or reinstall firefox on a new user account to try to isolate the issue
i personally love vivaldi but i’m gonna guess they are telling you to avoid it because it’s not open source. also chromium
lol i get that, no sarcasm here
i apologize, your situation sounds much more rational than i assumed. hope you get your account back ❤️
Fedt! Godt initiativ. Bonuspoint hvis de prioriterer open-source miljøet!
this works in 95% of cases, try this before you go all the way into settings! most annoying part of mac is this stuff
I don’t daily drive macOS anymore
there’s no way a roblox kid is claiming to “daily drive” anything lol
same in denmark!
Never finished Brütal Legend, but I just want to say that I adore the main title screen, which is an FMV of Jack Black taking you to a “secret” part of a record shop to find the game as a gatefold vinyl, where the buttons are printed on the covers and sleeves and what not. Most charming game opening I experienced as a metal-obsessed kid.
Really worth checking out on youtube: https://youtube.com/watch?v=UpGp9CSMJW8 (stop watching after the guy clicks into the tutorial videos or whatever he’s doing)
“with fervor” “viking blood” please shut the fuck up lol. the reality in denmark is incredibly relaxed. all we’ve done is put a symbol on the groceries that are EU-owned. this title makes me want to unalive myself as a dane
anyone got tips for finding quality memes on mastodon? i love the philosophy of the service, but i have 0 interest in reading political takes from strangers all day, and right now it feels like all i see on the “trending” page is people complaining about politics. i just want to escape the bad news and laugh a little, not get mad at my phone anytime i open the app
mit bedste gæt er sådan her: https://lemmy.ml/search?q=%40feddit.dk&type=Communities&listingType=All&page=1&sort=TopAll , men det viser mig bare “No results” :/
…democracies? i haven’t watched a lot of star wars but isn’t the whole point that they are fighting a fascist empire
loved everything about both games! the sequel is LONG, so it might take you a while. but it tells a great story :)
my only tiny gameplay gripe is the same gripe i had with god of war: ragnarok. if you’ve played both, you know what i mean. but that’s crawling into spoiler territory. also running around looking for resources gets a little tiring sometimes. enjoy your playthrough!
just “linux” in daily public speech is definitely the way to go branding-wise. no random pedestrian is gonna know what you’re talking about if you say GNU or Kubuntu or whatever (and they probably won’t know “Linux” either, but the chance is marginally higher)
can we kindly and respectfully ask sharon to go to a retirement home and pick up knitting or bingo or something and revoke her internet access
