But what’s vegan sushi? It’s hard to even get non-westernized(read bastardized) sushi in India. Is vegan sushi something like California rolls?
Yeah. Stuff like california roll. I had it when I was in US. Restaurants that carry sushi on the menu here in India alsways have some variety vegetarian sushi as well but I haven’t found anything with avocados in which is what I like the most.
