Are all Firefox extensions compatible with LibreWolf?
Does it run as well as normal Firefox?

Just check it out. Having both installed is ok.
Librewolf is just firefox with arkenfox. Read arkenfox and you’ll know what you get.

Huh? Of course it makes sense to use librewolf with sync. Isync is e2e, nothing to fear.
And I think you can still host it yourself if you want.

Yup, which is why I’m not sure if it’s still a thing. But it at least was an option if you want complete control.

there’s also a librewolf@lemmy.ml community. But Librewolf essentially is Firefox, mostly with some removed telemetry code and changed default config, so there’s no reason not to use it - if it’s “too” hardened for you, you can always undo some config changes.

Yes, if not even better since unneccesary telemetry and tracking are removed/disabled.
