Anyone else that ordered at sub 30 minutes on launch day and still hasn’t gotten their deck yet? Kind of annoying due to the fact it said 3-5 business days. Had no movement on shipping today and it’s been in transit since 21st November…
Me too, first time I’m really disappointed with Valve. Delivery time on the website is misleading and the delivery service for a 500+ euro device is a joke, you get better tracking using Aliexpress
Yep 22 minutes past and still nothing here, been delayed at every single step, doubt I’ll ever purchase anything direct from Valve again this has been atrocious
Placed my order within 20 minutes of release. Finally got an email on the 25th saying delivery will take place today (27th). Still no delivery at 17:15 and tracking still shows that it’s at the depot and not out for delivery.

Placed the order 25 minutes after launch, stuck in transit and no updates since 23/11.
