    I bought mine on the 28th. GLS Tracking say they do not have the package while Parcelforce say GLS have it. I am now concerned about when this will arrive due to looking at all these posts. It will be really bad if I still not have got it and Christmas shopping starts to clog the system

    (UK Ordered on 20th, in transit since 25th) Gone through a range of emotions so far since ordering 🥴🤡

    I started off as really excited. This was followed by being anxious following the lack of updates. Anger at the service shortly after that after being stuck in transit for so long. I went through a brief period of bemusement and now I’m just indifferent to the whole thing. Ready to just get my money back and have a look at getting one at a later date. Shame really that the bubble has burst! C’est la vie 🤷🏻‍♂️

    Just received mine (oled 512gb) - ordered last Sunday 26th and got to the UK and in my hands Thursday 30th…

    Just got mine. Ordered on the 18th, shipped on the 25th to Portugal. Opened the box, all seems alright. The box is a bit damp, but it’s all safe inside. Still haven’t turned on the system. Good luck everyone. Thanks for the company this days.

    Ordered 19th, parcel left the GLS centre on the 24th @ 22:46 headed to the UK (possibly, who knows where its been). Just like the rest of those waiting, nothing has changed on tracking.

    So this is what I don’t get. If I’m in the UK, ordered from the UK and there’s a ton more here from the UK…then why wouldn’t valve get a warehouse of decks to be sent from the UK from day 1? Of all the places…Netherlands!? Hey Valve, are you really that cheap!? That greedy!?

    You’re the only company I know of who’s definition of shipping time frame is set after the logistics company feels like heading out…not from the time of your customer’s order. I’ve never heard of it from anyone or any business before!

    Tuesday is the 8th working day for me of the 25th bat h group. Will be getting a refund and never ordering from valve again. First timer here and I hope valve go kaput after shit shows like this. They deserve it for being so greedy.

    ‘In transit’ to UK since 24th - finally looked this morning and every step completed and apparently out for delivery.

    Just checked again on parcelforce and its changed from ‘Out for Delivery’ to ‘Secure PIN validation not possible’ ???

    Put on my clown makeup again this morning before checking on my order that has been “In transit” since the 25th.

    [NL] Ordered 18th, “announced at GLS” on 22nd and expected to be delivered on 27th. Still not in GLS system…

    I’ve ordered something to the U.K. from Germany in 2020 and the courier they chose was GLS. The entire thing was a nightmare back then so you can imagine my dismay when Valve finally ship my deck, I click the tracking only to find that it’s the dreaded GLS who’s delivering it.

    Ordered 20/11 around 20:00

    Packaged and handed to GLS 25/11 10:09

    Left the parcel centre 25/11 18:38

    And of course, just like everyone here. No updates since. It’s now 30/11 and not a peep from GLS or Parcelforce. Will update with my experience when there is finally some movement. So you can expect to hear from me in 2024. Happy new year everyone. Enjoy your Decks.

    [UK] Ordered on the 18th. No updates since 25th on GLS site.

    Rang Parcelforce this morning to be told that the parcel hasn’t even left NL yet. Told to get in contact with ParcelNL…

    At least I don’t have to worry about not being in for my parcel for the next little while…
