Vivaldi’s UI is pretty minimal by default and can be minimized even more. Heck you even can hide the tab- and url-bar and completely navigate with F2. You can call it a day and keep using it like that or you go on to create mouse gestures, quick commands or themes, you set the key combos, configure the look of your speed dial and add search engines.
