write down tasks or anxiety on your mind before you go to sleep. forget about them and then pick them up in the morning.

This is actually really big for me. I’ll stay up really late thinking about stuff that I need to do, but never get any motivation to actually do them. But, making a list of things to do is at least the first step towards actually doing it and I can sleep a lot more peacefully. Then I can wake up after a full night of sleep, instead of staying up late worrying, and have a productive day.
