    Any news on the devastation caused by handguns which make up 99% of all shootings? Why focus on a statistical anomaly?

    Or even better maybe look at the shootings caused by police since there is a lot that can be done to reel those in?

        I’d argue that addressing material conditions is the solution thus decreasing the amount of people who want to commit suicide by any method, as a bonus this also reduces the number of people who want to commit mass murder.

          Do that too…but it’s the easy access to guns that is the big difference between the US and other countries when it comes to shootings: they make it really easy for transient suicidal ideation to become reality.
