Normal reaction is to not support someone when they do something you don’t like.
Sure - but that reaction will get you screwed in politics. You’ll never get anything you want because nobody will 100% do everything you want. And if you don’t support others then they won’t support you.

So of course UNRWA are talking to “Hamas” if you define Hamas as the party ruling Gaza with no elections. In many other discussions, people mean Hamas as in the milotary branch of it, which is fine, but you don’t here. The “Hamas” members thtt UNWRA works with are doctors, civil servants, nurses, etc.
