Here’s an example of what my data sheet looks like:
Each week, I create a new copy of my week sheet and fill out my start and end time during the workday. That’s it! Formulas take care of the rest :)

Looks good if you only want to look at one week at a time. If you ever want to aggregate by the month/year/random time interval, you’re in for a copy and paste nightmare - not that I have personally experienced that or anything :)
I actually originally created it for weekly analysis, but figured daily would be nicer (and also much more interesting for 3 days of data _)
