A new housing development outside Phoenix is looking towards European cities for inspiration and shutting out the cars. So far residents love it

    Hard to explain how nice a walkable city is. I live in one. I’m 15 minutes away from so many good things.

    I used to live in a small town where it was a stretch of strip malls and meth heads. I don’t understand why people want that.
