That’s very fair. I’m in the complete opposite boat lol, still very flat chest even after over a year but I’ve got really wide hips and a massive butt.
Oddly enough, my wife (14 months HRT) and girlfriend (25 months HRT) are the exact same as you. Not a ton of breast growth, but they have grown themselves nice hips and butts. If only I could have the same cause I am oft misgendered from behind. So I am jealous to say the least, lol
