They both serve the same economic overlord, however there are (at the statal/county level) some democrat candidates that are a positive for the working class (they’re still capitalists and don’t hold much power against the interests of washitton though) at least when it comes to stuff that doesn’t threaten capital (for example, republicans on both local and national level are extremely trabsphobic, and they’re stripping trans people, expecially the youth of their rights) dems are at least marginally better when it comes to this
Not saying that, I personally wouldn’t vote on national elections because if you manage to reach those heights it means you sold your soul to Satan, but there are people on the local level that are really trying to make material lives better, but rarely succeed

And so it’s justified that you vote for a party that is fascist and doesn’t actually help LGBT people at all?
