A flimsy but useful excuse to bar independent observers
If you visited Israel and have that in your passport you cannot visit a lot of other countries, and now this, how many countries they want to isolate themselves from?
Goes the other way too, if you’ve visited many Arabic countries you’re not allowed in Isn’treal.
To get around this many countries allow a person to hold multiple concurrently valid passports, but I’m not sure why anyone would need or desire to go to Isn’treal.

Yes, you need to have a visa for Israel and another visa for the rest of West Asia.
