Realistically, doing something like a sun shade in space or seeding reflective particles in upper atmosphere are going to have to be solutions at this point. There’s no practical way to migrate off fossils in the time frame available to us.

Of course, capitalism is absolutely the problem here. We knew this was a problem for around a century, and we could’ve been working on a gradual transition to clean energy that whole time. However, that wasn’t seen as the profitable thing to do and here we are.
