By tahina, is it just tahini? Can you give more info on the tahina and hot sauce? What did you use, what ratio? Looks tasty.
I mix tahini with lemon juice, salt and water to make tahina…I just add water until it’s thin enough.
I used a vinegar based hot sauce.
I don’t measure so I just added enough tahina to the noodles that it was creamy and added hot sauce until it tasted hot enough and other seasonings, probably seasoned salt.
