Gluten free penne, tahina, hot sauce, edamame and corn.

    I mix tahini with lemon juice, salt and water to make tahina…I just add water until it’s thin enough.

    I used a vinegar based hot sauce.

    I don’t measure so I just added enough tahina to the noodles that it was creamy and added hot sauce until it tasted hot enough and other seasonings, probably seasoned salt.
