You guys drink any alcohol? Or none at all?

I drink a beer or two on the weekends most of the time and none during the week. Though there are some times where I dont drink for weeks on ends I do like it better for my overal mental health if I can go to the bar with my gf or friends every now and then.

I make sure that I haven’t worked out the day or two days before though.

What about you guys?

      Mate get the St.Bernardus beer holy shit best one I’ve ever had. All of them are good even if you don’t like strong beers, except the Tokyo one. That one is just a weird experiment.

        The St. Bernardus is amazing. I use the Abt 12 to cook a stew sometimes, which is great because you rarely have to use the whole bottle. So you get a great meal and beer as well.

        Because it contains alcohol the Belgian beer rarely gets seen as a culinary art, which it is imo. So many great and unique flavors made by great craftmanship. Even the form of the glass gets researched to enhance the flavors.
