I slept terribly the other night and I found out I have some allergies. A bad night’s sleep really ruined my fitness and work routines. What are your best tips for a good night’s sleep?

My tip is to read a fiction book as your nighttime relaxing time.

Also, keep a hot water bottle at the foot of your bed.

I think that it may be the social element which helps you to sleep. I’ve been talking to someone IRL for the first time in a while and honestly I’m just sleeping so much better.

Probably one factor for sure but I also get a similar effect if I’m just gaming alone or watching something good and having some alcohol. Again just probably de-stressing in general. Not having anything to do the next day helps too cause I only drink on days/evenings when I don’t have to work the next day. So obviously there’s a lot to factor in to this beyond the booze. lol. “Shocking results says things that help you reduce stress improve sleep.”
