I slept terribly the other night and I found out I have some allergies. A bad night’s sleep really ruined my fitness and work routines. What are your best tips for a good night’s sleep?

My tip is to read a fiction book as your nighttime relaxing time.

Also, keep a hot water bottle at the foot of your bed.

I used to fall asleep during the day all the time. Turns out my deep sleep was disturbed by hanging around a monitor all the time.

Now I shut off all monitors 90 minutes before sleep and my troubles are gone.

I used to need a small amount of light on in the room and now I have towels under doors and ever light must be off. I sleep in absolute dark if I can. I don’t even have a clock next to my bed. I have alarms on my phone and unless they go off I stay in bed. lol
