I slept terribly the other night and I found out I have some allergies. A bad night’s sleep really ruined my fitness and work routines. What are your best tips for a good night’s sleep?

My tip is to read a fiction book as your nighttime relaxing time.

Also, keep a hot water bottle at the foot of your bed.

i love using melatonin when i really need to get to sleep ASAP. it’s better than straight-up sleeping pills i’ve used in the past, which make you feel tired afterwards no matter how long you sleep

Just took sleeping pills last night and can confirm I feel a bit meh today. Though I did also get the booster shot yesterday.

i’m sure the booster affected it too, but yeah, i always got that kind of inside-out dead feeling after using typical sleeping pills. so long as you’re doing something conducive to sleep for 30 minutes after you take the melatonin like reading a kindle, then i’m almost always knocked out and get a good night’s sleep.
