    Such a shame, iconic and vital for scientific discovery. Hopefully in time it can be replaced with something similar.

      I’ll never forget it from the movie contact. Sort of a “sign of the times” that all scientific research is being abandoned in by western capital.

        For me it has to be its roles in Goldeneye and The X-Files. And yes, it’s very worrying.

    Tears were shed when I heard the news. Its a sad reminder of science funding in the United States.
