I love stuff like this and are myself currently getting into a related field of work, but this stuff is super capital intensive… Sure maybe some corporate giants like Walmart will source their fresh produce from factory farms like that (no negative quality implied), but I think it is more worthwhile to look for technological innovations that current farmers can afford and thus can be rolled out at scale much more easily.
