Seems interesting. Will follow. Do you have a blog page about getting onto NeoCities? I have been seeing that website mentioned more often recently and I am curious about it.
If old enough(!), you may recall geocities. Neocities is very easy. Learn some html, css and you are good to go, just like the early days of the web.
