A timepiece of a tyrant! A Huber wristwatch - believed to be Hitler’s - has sold at auction in the US for over $1mn.

An anonymous bidder snapped up the dark relic, which bears a Nazi eagle and the initials AH.

Dozens of Jewish leaders have called the sale “abhorrent” - while the auction house told German media its aim was to preserve history.

It’s believed the watch was taken by French soldiers as “spoils of war” before being sold on.
