Do you get it now?

The law doesn’t apply to them.

Couldn’t find any other articles explaining why they decided how they did, but on an older article I found this gem:

Huston’s defense argues that he had a green light and that the protestors were blocking his way.

So I guess that’s that… I guess that’s good for a legal precedent everywhere now. Sigh.

5,000-pound projectile. He had to stand on a lever to pour explosive liquid into the chamber to set it into motion. He knew he was doing it. He knew it could hurt someone. He was not in danger. There’s no excuse.

His two accomplices testified in his defense so I guess he gets to walk.

      Cool country.

I watched the video - he stopped, they came up to his truck and started slapping it. So he nudged them out of the way and drove off. It’s not like he plowed into it at 60 MPH trying to kill someone.

What? They didn’t come up to his truck, his truck came up to them. They were slapping it because he was “nudging” them out of the way. Slapping the hood to get his attention was a natural response to someone driving into them.

Huh, looking at the evidence, was the right call. Guess you guys need to find hate elsewhere, surely there more supply than demand for hate, right?

I don’t give a shit what his politics are, driving into people is wrong, how can anyone call that justice?

How based too, oh his wife and daughter agreed? It must be true! What about the protesters, did they even ask them?

Driving a car into crowds is a favorite of terrorists. And the GOP as they adopted a bunch of laws to make it legal during the BLM protests. It’s not even a surprise that these act like terrorists.

His wife, daughter, and this court signed off on this behavior. It’s perfectly fine, and just, in their eyes.

This is his politics. He believes his political enemies deserve to be hit by cars, and the justice system agrees.

I wonder what its like to have a head so rotted and full of brain worms that you can watch someone purposefully drive two tons of metal into some people and think “wow those people just standing there are so full of hate.”
