SteamDeck with EmuDeck works great. I’m not familiar with the ones you mentioned.
the RG351 costed barely more than 100Euros when i got mine :)
Does EmuDeck support RetroAchievements? I’m assuming that is some sort of front-end? I’ve been considering one, but I’m hooked on RA lol.

They had a black friday sale on these last year for $30, there’s a newer version with a larger screen but same cpu. They ship a retroarch install tailored for the hardware, it’s great.
