The rhetoric and goal of Hexbar are clear based on their announcement: to “dismantle western propaganda” and "demolish organizations such as NATO” shows that Hexbar has no intention of "respecting the rules of the community instance in which they are posting/commenting.” It’s to push their beliefs and ideology.

lol, people there threw a massive hissy fit when I criticized them for being federated with Nazi and lolicon instances, yet whining about the tankies instead. Now they’ve finally defederated from exploding-heads after realizing that maybe these Nazis are Nazis, while Hexbear gets pre-eminently blocked because of this statement full of spurious reasoning.
