So like… How would this even be enforced? Whatsapp calls are end-to-end encrypted so the ISPs wouldn’t be able to differentiate between calls and messages…

And even if they could implement and enforce this…what’s stopping me from just swapping over to Signal (which you should all do right now fuck whatsapp get signal instead) which would continue being free…?
