IV, V and VI. And that’s it. Everything that came after is dubious at best and nonsensical at worst.

That’s as far as the movies are concerned, though. I hear some of the TV shows are pretty good.

The order they were released. The first three form a nice, neat trilogy. The prequels make the most sense if you’ve already been introduced to the major characters (Anakin, Obi Wan, Yoda, Darth Sidious, etc.). The continuation of the Skywalker Saga is just to tie things up (and make Disney money).
